These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Rosin & Co Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and apply to all clients (“you”, “your”, or “Client”) engaging in our wellness and fitness programmes, either online, in-person, or via third-party platforms.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not consent, you must not use our services.
1. Services Offered
We offer wellness, nutrition, and fitness-related services, including but not limited to:
- Personal training (online/in-person)
- Group fitness classes
- Nutritional consultations
- Wellness retreats and workshops
- Online resources and coaching programmes
2. Payments and Billing
2.1 Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full before commencement unless a formal payment plan has been agreed in writing.
2.2 Payment Plans
Clients enrolled in payment plans must:
- Adhere to the agreed schedule.
- Provide a valid payment method and authorise automatic charges.
- Understand that failure to make timely payments will result in suspension of services and potentially debt recovery action.
2.3 Late Payments
We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of £15 per week for overdue balances and may restrict access to services until the account is settled.
2.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to revise prices at any time. Price changes do not affect services already purchased.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
3.1 General Policy
We offer no refunds on completed services, digital downloads, workshops, or coaching programmes, except where required by UK consumer law.
3.2 Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you purchase a service online, you have 14 days to cancel and request a refund unless:
- The service has already started with your explicit consent.
- The product is digital content that has been accessed/downloaded.
3.3 Missed Sessions and No-Shows
- No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for missed sessions unless a 24-hour notice is provided.
- Group classes and workshops are non-transferable and non-refundable.
3.4 Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of serious illness or injury (with medical evidence), refunds or deferrals may be offered at our discretion.
4. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Disclose any health issues that may affect your participation.
- Seek medical advice before beginning any new exercise or nutrition programme.
- Use our content and services for personal use only.
- Do not resell, reproduce, or redistribute our materials without permission.
5. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss sustained through participation in our services.
- You acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks and agree to participate at your own risk.
- Our liability for any loss or damage you suffer is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
6.1 GDPR Compliance
We process your data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
6.2 Data Usage
We collect and store your data to:
- Manage your service bookings and payments.
- Communicate with you about your services.
- Send promotional offers, if consent is given.
6.3 Your Rights
You have the right to:

- Correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data.
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, training plans, videos, and materials are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Rosin & Co. Limited. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:
- You violate these Terms and Conditions.
- You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff or other clients.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
